Once we've received this form we will confirm your booking and space within one week. Payment should be made at least 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellation fees are as follows: 7 days prior to event - 90%, 30 days prior t event - 50%. Please ensure you have suitable insurance to cover public liability and loss of damage to your property.
